What is the Hamkkejaram Center?
함께자람센터는 아동·청소년이 스스로 사고하고 선택하며, 삶의 주체로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 지역 기반 돌봄·자립 프로그램 운영 공간입니다. 방과 후 돌봄이 중심이던 기존 시설의 틀을 넘어, 자기주도 활동, 사회참여 경험, 관계 중심의 성장을 핵심으로 아동의 능동적 삶을 지지합니다.
또래 및 다양한 세대와의 소통, 프로젝트형 활동, 실천 기반 배움을 통해 아이들은 ‘보호받는 존재’에서 ‘함께 자라는 구성원’으로 자라납니다.
함께자람센터는 돌봄의 공간이자, 아동과 청소년이 자율성과 책임감을 키워나가는 삶의 연습장입니다.
자기주도적 성장
It fosters children and adolescents the power to plan and choose their own lives. It enables the realization of autonomy and self-determination through planning, project planning, and discussion activities.
Relationship-based care
We foster a space for social relationships where children understand and respect one another and grow together. We cultivate healthy social skills through peer cooperation, building trust with adults, and intergenerational exchange.
Participation and practice-centered learning
단순한 이론 학습이 아닌 몸으로 부딪히고 경험하며 배우는 활동 중심 프로그램을 운영합니다. 마을 속 체험, 자원봉사, 지역 프로젝트 등을 통해 현실감 있는 배움을 제공합니다.

The Hamkkejaram Center goes beyond simple care to foster the strength of children and adolescents to independently design and implement their lives. Here, children do not passively follow a fixed daily routine; instead, they plan and make choices on their own, growing together through relationships with friends, teachers, and the community.
The Center respects the autonomy and participation of each individual child and helps create a space where children can experience life firsthand through project activities, child self-governance, and community-linked programs. Beyond short-term protection, the core values pursued by the Hamkke Jaram Center are to support daily training for independence, practice within the community, and sustainable growth.
