Company Introduction
Osan Glocal Social Cooperative is a non-profit social cooperative established and authorized in 2020, and is active with the purpose of promoting the healthy growth of children and adolescents and building a community care ecosystem.
Based on the philosophy that "it takes a whole village to raise a child," our cooperative integrates community-centered care, education, and participation-based welfare services, and currently directly operates five child and youth institutions in Osan City (two community child centers and three Hamkke Jaram centers).
Each institution provides systematic programs in various fields such as emotional support, learning supplementation, ecological sensitivity education, media literacy, and child self-governance, and is creating an environment where children's autonomy and social competence can be fostered.
Osan Glocal Social Cooperative, operated through the organic cooperation of professional practitioners and the local community, is establishing itself as a sustainable local welfare model that goes beyond simple care. It aims to realize communal values where children grow safely within the village and the village matures alongside the children.
Village-centered care
Osan Glocal Social Cooperative practices a community-based care model in which the entire local community participates, rather than limiting care to specific institutions. We create an environment where the village is a place of growth for children, and adults and children grow together.

We view children not merely as objects of protection, but as active agents of decision-making. Through child self-governance activities, planned projects, and participatory classes, we support children in becoming the masters of their own lives.

We design and implement a sustainable welfare structure that goes beyond short-term care to encompass education, emotional, and social growth. By collaborating with diverse local resources, we create an environment where children can grow without interruption.

Mission
We realize a care community where the region raises children together.
Osan Glocal Social Cooperative is committed to helping children and adolescents grow healthily and stand as the masters of their own lives. We provide safe spaces and emotional support to children in need of care, and through education, culture, and self-reliance programs, we support their individual potential to blossom within society.
We are not merely an organization providing services, but active agents working to create a structure where the local community shares responsibility for the growth of children. To this end, we engage directly with children in various spaces, including community child centers and Together Growth Centers, and collaborate with residents, institutions, and local governments to build a sustainable welfare ecosystem.

Osan Glocal Social Cooperative operates under a structure where the General Assembly serves as the highest decision-making body, and the Board of Directors determines the corporation's major operational directions and policies based on checks and advice from the auditors and the advisory group.
The Care Service Business Unit, the Education Welfare Business Unit, and the Secretariat are organized under the Board of Directors, and each organization cooperates organically according to its role to realize the purpose of the corporation.
The Care Service Division and the Education Welfare Division are responsible for the operation and field projects of Community Child Centers and Hamkke Jaram Centers, while the Secretariat supports overall administration, finance, and project management, thereby underpinning the stable and transparent operation of the corporation.
